Now that the number of new energy buses in China has increased significantly, people are paying more attention to green travel, and more and more people are travelling by bus. The overall ride experience needs to be improved and enhanced as the number of people increases. This project is based on the growing number of new energy buses and passengers, focusing on improving the ride experience of bus travel. This project starts with service design, pays attention to the needs and experiences of stakeholders to improve the bus and supporting peripheral facilities, and finally adjusts within the small area of the bus to derive an application software for improving the overall ride experience.
